Keith served as the Director of Missions for North Grand River Baptist Association and Linn-Livingston Baptist Association from August 2022 to April 2026. Before coming to Missouri in August of 2022, he served as pastor in four different churches over the course of 31 years in the Baptist Convention of Maryland and Delaware. He then served as Director of Missions in Maryland for eight years. Keith and his wife Terri have been married for 49 years. They have three sons: Greg, Brian and Philip. They have eight grandchildren. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Washington Bible College. Keith enjoys baseball and is an avid Baltimore Oriole fan.

Heidi presently serves as Administrative Assistant for the North Grand River Baptist Association and as Manager of the North Grand River Christian Bookstore. Heidi and her husband Justin have been married for 17 years, and have been residents of Trenton since 2016. They have two children: Ava and James. She is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Print Journalism and Mass Communications. Heidi also substitute teaches and volunteers as the group coordinator for the Green Hills MomCo, a local community of moms supporting each other. She enjoys gardening, nature photography, and brilliant sunsets.
